These General Rewards Conditions apply in conjunction with the rules to any redemption of Points by a member for a Reward.

Standard Terms and Conditions
- In order to participate with the Lowplex books points system, you will need to sign up for an account and you must login to start earning the book points.
- Points for previous purchases can not be claimed.
- Lowplex book points can only be used by the participants accounts and can not be transferred or converted to a monetary value.
- We have the right to terminate this scheme and update the rules at any time and any accumulated points will become invalid.
- Book points are not available for wholesale or school orders.
- Please note a third party Shopify app is being used for this service, we are not liable if anything goes wrong with their system.
